  (Applies to the very first visit to establish a baseline of cleanliness. Your $50 booking deposit will be deducted from this total bill on cleaning day).

📋 Service Disclaimers & Policies

• Travel Policy: Flat-rate pricing applies to properties within our standard service cities listed above. Properties located outside these boundaries may incur a small, distance-based travel fee.
• Deposit Policy: The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice.
• Frequency Requirements: Flat-rate discounts are conditionally locked based on your chosen recurring schedule. Skipping appointments may temporarily revert your next service to a less-discounted rate (e.g., dropping from weekly to monthly pricing) due to additional dirt buildup.
• Condition of the Home: Flat rates assume standard residential conditions. Homes experiencing excessive clutter, heavy staining, hoarding conditions, or post-construction dust may require an adjusted custom quote upon on-site walkthrough.
• Exclusions: Standard maintenance cleanings do not include biological hazard cleanup, mold remediation, heavy lifting/moving of large furniture, high-reach exterior windows, or deep carpet shampooing unless booked separately as specialized add-on services.
• Access & Cancellations: Please ensure clear entry to the home on your scheduled cleaning day. Lockouts or late cancellations forfeit the booking deposit.
